About Me

As a landscape photographer, I believe in sharing the beauty of the World with others. As I’ve traveled around and met with people here and there, I’ve come to realize that the majority of us, as a society, do not fully appreciate our natural surroundings. We get caught up in the “To-Do’s” of today. Always hurrying to work and hurrying back home.

As we’re going back and forth, traveling to and from, we miss what the World has to offer. Some of my photographs are from National and State parks (Rocky Mountain National Park, Bryce Canyon, etc.), but most are from areas that usually aren’t too far from the busy traveling roads.

I started taking up photography in early 2008 after purchasing my first DSLR, the Canon EOS 40D. Before my “big purchase” I owned several Point and Shoot cameras, but that just couldn’t fill my desire to capture what I saw in my minds eye. Every photograph that I take is my best interpretation of what I feel and see in the world around me.

I still have a great amount to learn about photography and try to learn something new every day. Everything that I have learned so far has either been self taught or through Photography-On-The.net.

If you have any comments or questions about my photography, please feel free to email me at this email address.
